These mints are my favourite way to show my body and nervous system some extra love and support in moments of stress or anxiety. It's incredible just how quickly they help bring the body into a state of calm!

I personally love using them in tandem with stress relief and nervous system techniques, as I find this helps me regulate and resource myself the fastest.

That said, the Awakn Calm mints are so perfect for those times where it can be hard to draw on other tools because you might not have time or it might be too noticeable — for example before/during important meetings, appointments that cause anxiety, or simply moments of day-to-day stress.

So grateful to have found these and have a pocket-size stress reliever to support me — and one that has no nasties or side effects!

Oh, and also: They taste sooo good. I am usually very picky with mints and chewing gums, as I dislike the sharp menthol taste. These are some of the best tasting mints I have found!

Unfortunately I can’t take the Energy mints as they give me a headache, however I had an Order in for another product and received the Energy mints instead. Partly my fault. I contacted Awakn to resolve. Their communication was very prompt and resolution top notch. I use their other products which I love, so it’s 5/5 from me for customer service and products. Thank you!

I take these for the days when I really need to be focussed on my sport. Usually one before and one or two during. Well within the recommended max daily dose. I am a big coffee drinker so I try to reduce my caffeine intake as much as I can when I do take them. For me, they certainly help, and would purchase again.

I take these before and during the days I participate in my sport, especially if it’s an important event. So far only two during the duration of my games, so well within the recommended per day limit. I think they help with the butterflies 🙃

Good, fast acting. Felt tired before a meeting the other day, only had to take one of these pills and it kept me awake and alert for the meeting & for some time after too! Really like these pills, super neat concept.

Great pill. Couple of these mints before I know I'm going to have a stressful day (Or after, works too) & it makes it so much better. I've tried the Energy ones too and they are great as well. The calm mints make you feel all cozy and... well, calm, and keeps you grounded.

Great product if you know you have a day ahead which is going to test your patience. A couple of these mints is a great solution to keep tempers calm.
